GARDEN PARSLEY

Parsley is a genus of the parsley family.The inhabitants of ancient Hellas and Rome called parsley `petroselinium`-"growing
on a stone".
Nowadays, parsley leaves are applied to mosquito and bee bite sites. Seed infusions
and decoctions are used for some female ailments, also as a diuretic for kidney
ailments. Leaf juice is used in case of eye diseases.
● Squeezes juice from table beets, apples, carrots. Add salt and sugar to
taste. Add chopped parsley.
● Mix 50 g of parsley juice, 100 g of milk, 1 egg yolk in a mixer. Add the juice
of 1 lemon.
● Dough 1 tbsp. boiled beans. Mix with 2 tbsp. tomato juice, 1 tbsp. kefir.
Add the vanillin of the tip of the knife and a little parsley.
Squeeze juice from ½ kg of carrots, 250 g of parsley, 30 g of celery. A little table
beet kvass is added to the juices. Add salt and sugar to taste. Sprinkle with parsley.
