LEARNIFY: Activation of the capacity of Lūznava Manor staff in the field of cultural heritage and community education for adults Erasmus+ program project No. 2023-1-LV01-KA122-ADU-000146307
In 2023, Lūznava Manor of the Malta Rural Territory Union implemented the Erasmus+ project "LEARNIFY: Activating the Capacity of Lūznava Manor Staff in Cultural Heritage and Community Education for Adults" (No. 2023-1-LV01-KA122-ADU-000146307). One of the manor’s strategic goals is to engage residents in co-working and co-creation. To support this, the project focused on developing non-formal education activities and creating a diverse educational offering for various target groups.
As part of LEARNIFY, in the fall of 2023, Lūznava Manor staff gained new knowledge, ideas, and innovative methods in Germany, hosted by the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Castle, Manor, and Mansion Association. This organization, with 20 years of experience, unites historic building owners to share expertise in restoring and utilizing castle and manor properties. The insights gained from various Mecklenburg manors will be integrated into Lūznava Manor’s work, combining different ideas and approaches—because true change is driven by people.
Through Erasmus mobility, Lūznava Manor employees are now both co-creators and implementers of new ideas, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative practices to their community
